Cocozelle is a - perhaps the - classic Italian zucchini introduced in the 1880s. An extremely versatile heirloom variety, use Cocozelle - the fruit as well as the flower (dipped in batter and fried, yum.) - in any of your favorite cuisines. An early producer of high-yield zucchini, this one is a must for any serious vegetable gardener.
