Echinops Blue, commonly known as Globe Thistle, is a striking perennial prized for its perfectly round blue globes that bloom from midsummer into early fall. Adding structure and architectural form, its steel-blue flower heads and serrated, silvery-green foliage bring texture and contrast to sunny borders or cutting gardens.
